The UT Southwestern Medical Center Richardson/Plano – Primary Care Clinic provides care for families and individuals of all ages, from wellness education, immunizations, and screenings to acute and chronic disease management. We offer full-service laboratory and imaging services, and if specialty care is needed, our physicians will provide a referral while continuing to manage your overall care.

On the day of the appointment, please arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and registration. Free and ample parking is available outside of the building.

Please call the clinic or cancel via MyChart 24 to 48 hours in advance so we can accommodate other patients who might be waiting for an appointment.
