Biography
Timothy Hadden, M.D., is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine and its Division of Cardiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology, with a focus on complex coronary interventions.
Dr. Hadden earned his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and a fellowship in cardiology and interventional cardiology at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital and the Texas Heart Institute in Houston, where he served as Chief Interventional Fellow.
Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology, he joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2023. He previously served as Medical Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital.
Dr. Hadden is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography & Interventions.

When he’s not at work, Dr. Hadden can be found at a Dallas Stars game or a local jazz club.
