The urology specialists at UT Southwestern Frisco bring UT Southwestern’s clinical urology program – a nationally ranked program – to patients in the Frisco area. Next-day appointments are often available.
Our Frisco urologists diagnose and treat conditions of the adrenal glands, kidneys, ureters, bladder, prostate, and the male and female genital organs. We use the most advanced technology, including robotic surgery techniques, to provide compassionate and comprehensive care for each patient.

Terry Spark Corwin, M.D., specializes in stone disease, benign prostate hyperplasia, vasectomy, and general urology. After conducting a private practice in Everett, Washington, for 17 years, a decade of which he served as Chief of Urology at Providence Regional Medical Center, he returned to his home state of Texas and joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2020.
Gary Lemack, M.D., specializes in urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, and voiding dysfunction in the setting of neurologic disease. In particular, he cares for patients with bladder conditions stemming from spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, and movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease. Dr. Lemack joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 1999.
