UT Southwestern has been named one of the top 20 hospitals in the nation and ranked No. 1 in Texas* (tied) by U.S. News & World Report.

Eleven of our specialties, including cardiology, cancer, and neurological care, are ranked among the best in the nation in the annual rankings, which evaluate more than 4,500 hospitals across the country and recognize institutions with the highest standard of patient care.

And for the seventh year in a row, William P. Clements Jr. Hospital has been ranked the No. 1 hospital in Dallas-Fort Worth, the nation’s fourth-largest metro area with more than 90 hospitals.

“We are experiencing great momentum at UT Southwestern, fueled by collaboration among our faculty, staff, learners, and trainees who share a commitment to quality and service in providing care for patients who give us the privilege of their trust,” said Daniel K. Podolsky, M.D., President of UT Southwestern.
