We work directly with your caregivers and are here to make sure any difficulties you may have with your treatment are addressed immediately with your doctors. We also coordinate prior authorization with your insurance company.

Specialty medications can be delivered and retail prescriptions can be picked up curbside.

Meds-to-Beds Program
If you’re a patient at a UT Southwestern hospital, we can deliver your prescriptions to you before discharge.
Regular Follow-up
Getting your medications and medical supplies quickly and efficiently is important. We will be in close contact with you during your treatment, provide refill reminders, and be your health care advocate.
