Biography

Paul Boone, M.D., is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Neurological Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Boone earned his medical degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. After completing a residency in neurosurgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, he gained advanced training in reconstructive spinal surgery through a fellowship at the University of Florida.

Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, he joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2023.

Dr. Boone previously served as Medical Director of Neurosurgery at CHPG Neurosciences in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is also the former Neurosurgery Section Chief at Memorial City Medical Center in Houston.

Personal Note

When he’s not working, Dr. Boone enjoys hiking and exploring new restaurants.
