Meredith McClure, M.D., FACOG, MSCP, is a faculty member in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She has special interests in contraception, including long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs), menopause, minimally invasive surgery, and vulvology. Additionally, Dr. McClure specializes as a menopause practitioner, receiving her certification by the North American Menopause Society.
After receiving her bachelor’s degree in biology cum laude from the University of Georgia, Dr. McClure earned her medical degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at UT Southwestern.
After serving in private practice in Frisco for 12 years, Dr. McClure joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2020. A Dallas native, she is thrilled to be able to provide excellent, compassionate gynecologic care for the women of North Texas from early adulthood onward.
She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease. She has also been included in D Magazine's Best Doctors in Collin County list, which recognizes top doctors in their fields.
